Version 1.0. These terms cover listings and paid verification on Engineering Panel.
Who we are
Engineering Panel is operated by Engineering Panel, 28 Rue des Tilleuls, 69007 Lyon, France. "We" means that company.
Free listings
Firms are listed without charge, from public contract notices and public registers. A listing is not an endorsement and does not mean the firm has any relationship with us. A firm may ask us to correct any fact on its profile; we correct facts that its source does not support.
Verification
Verification is an annual subscription, sold to businesses only, at €299 a year plus any VAT due. It includes the features listed on the pricing page for as long as the subscription is active. It renews each year until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
What a verified firm may publish
A verified firm is responsible for what it adds to its profile. It must be accurate and must not include reviews, testimonials or quotes it cannot attribute to a named, consenting person. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Ordering
Verified firms are listed above unverified firms. Within each group the order follows the rule on the methodology page. Payment does not change a firm's public contract record.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of France, and its courts have jurisdiction.
